The hotel has the perfect location, being very close to the ski lift and also close to the main village road. the staff is attentive, friendly, and helpful. Guests can enjoy the exquisite breakfast buffet with local and home-made products and choose their dishes for dinner from the daily menu. the spa is impressive with a proper temperature level in the sauna and a big Jacuzzi.
The room size might be a problem for some guests, and it can get quite hot at night, even with the heating off.

Great location near ski lifts and village center. Friendly staff and a nice wellness center are big pluses. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty local dishes. , the views from the room were spectacular.
The hotel was overcrowded, resulting in a noisy and chaotic atmosphere. The room was poorly soundproofed, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms.
